What You Will Do:

Develop and manage project budgets, coordinating with third-party providers and overseeing labour schedules across multiple projectsLead coordination efforts with hospital staff, construction teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth executionPrepare operating theatres for acceptance and the installation of Stryker communications productsEnsure timely delivery of stock to site for installation and manage the logisticsConduct After Project Reviews (APR) to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvementDrive process and product efficiencies throughout the installation process, enhancing both quality and speed

What You Need:

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with key project stakeholdersA strong aptitude for handling tight deadlines and competing prioritiesExperience in problem-solving complex product integration issuesWillingness to travel and work remotely as required
