About the Opportunity

Role: Project Manager III
Location: 100% Remote (Global)
Compensation: USD 85–95 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and delivery
• Break down complex programs into structured, actionable workstreams
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Provide clear status updates and executive-ready reporting
• Drive implementation and enhancement of retail technologies, including:
  • POS (Point of Sale)
  • ERP systems
  • CRM platforms
  • Audio/Visual systems
  • In-store demo technologies
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Apply structured project management methodologies
• Improve workflows and drive continuous optimization

About You

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of project or program management experience within:
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail
- Consumer electronics
- Technology organizations
- Premium hospitality environments
Hands-on experience implementing retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, demo technologies)
Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike, etc.)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree
PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and execution
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
