The Project:

$2.5m hospitality project Fit out and refurb Previous experience on hospitality jobs and working in live environments would be advantageous Sydney based projects, however need to have the ability to travel for shorter regional projects from time to time

The Position – Project Manager

Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion.Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 4 years’ experience minimum as a Project ManagerExperience working on fit out and construction projects, including structuresStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAustralian working rights
