Project Manager, eCOA

About the Team:

The Project Management, reports to Manager, Client Services, responsible for the relationship management of client accounts and daily activities.

The Project Management Function ensures that Medidata is quality projects and services on time and within budget through management of Medidata resources.Manage one or more projects with a focus on delivery of the scope on time, within budgetProvide financial management activities for one or more project budgets and execution of Statements of Works and Change OrdersGenerate ASOW requests and PSCAs to manage scope changesProvide input to Professional Services ProposalsMaintain appropriate project/client documentation within e-binders for one or more projects/clientsProvide guidance and consulting to clients around the best use of the Medidata ApplicationsIs Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least 2 Medidata Applications through the delivery of workshops and other consultancy activitiesManage assigned project resourcesAssure compliance with Medidata's standard project management methodologies and Medidata SOPsProvide mentorship and guidance to all assigned project members

Responsibilities:

Good understanding of clinical research (pharma, device or biotech sectors) and a understanding of Clinical Research SaaS technologyProficient use MS Office Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellence with MS Project, project development and managementIs proficient in the use of all relevant Medidata internal systemsTravel expectations up to 20% – 30%, national / internationalValid driver's license (preferred if necessary in the assigned location)Excellent collaboration skillExcellent project management skillNative level local language (Mandarin - Chinese) and business level English required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of related experience with 4 -year college degree (analytic discipline) or an advanced degree.5 years relevant experience in clinical/biomedical and/ or software development environment preferred.Electronic Clinical Data Management (eCDM) software consulting experience desirable
