Job Description

Be responsible for areas including but not limited to project management and coordination, internal communication with local and global teamsImplement the tasks on schedule with high qualityServes as expertise for operation function, ensure goals assigned are metCooperates with cross team peers under Ops, Data Science and Tech team, identifies the key risks or potential issues for the projects. Serves as the initiator to solve the issues, prepare the backup plan, and monitor it to ensure on time delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor degree above

2.5 year+ of project management experience.

Hard Skill and knowledge

Excellent MS office skills (Excel, PPT)Language - Fluent written and spoken English is preferredGood understanding in FMCG market is preferred

Soft Skill

Strong communication skills – clarify needs with clear logic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present clear messages from complex information/data to all peers internallyMultitask Management and anti-pressure abilityGoal-oriented, flexible, diligentLeadership – a clear understanding and commitment to Nielsen goals and objectives, and the ability to build professional relationships with partners and team membersCollaboration and Teamwork. Continuous improvement mindset and proactive attitude
