About the Opportunity

CJK specialises in providing bespoke consultancy services to school groups, governments, and investors. We use benchmarking data to underpin strategic decisions with real-world insights. Our services include operating model review and re-design for school groups, trust mergers and growth, and support for Edtech owners and investors. CJK is dedicated to empowering education through strategic collaboration. Our team consists of experts from the worlds of education, business, and strategy, bringing deep experience from within the education sector and a wide range of approaches from outside it.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analyst / Researcher: Dive into trust data, stakeholder feedback, and financial models to spot insights that help leaders make smarter decisions. Fluent in spreadsheets, pivot tables, and logical thinking.
  • Project Manager: Keep client projects running smoothly, provide internal project management support, bring structure, calm, and clear communication. PRINCE2 or equivalent experience preferred.

About You

We’re looking for brilliant people who care about making schools work better. Particularly interested in individuals with experience in business analysis, research, project management, or consulting. Teach First Ambassadors with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a relevant role. Degree-level qualification preferred. Experience working with schools, multi-academy trusts, or the wider education sector.

Benefits

  • Salary: £30k - £40k depending on experience.
