Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Project Manager required for a medium sized building contractor, for a high rise facade remediation project. The Project Manager's place of work will be in the Stoke Newington Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Writing and managing the program of facade remediation
• Site communications among the subcontractors and site staff
• Quality Assurance
• Overseeing Design drawings and liaising with third party stakeholders, architects etc
• Liaising with the client
• Visiting site once a week (Basildon)

About You

Essential Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of construction experience
• Has quoting/ tendering experience
• Has good communication skills
• Has good and proven negotiation skills
• Is proactive and can use own initiatives
• Has problem solving skills and experience to be familiar with CDM regs
• Has reasonable technical understanding
• Has reasonable commercial management experience
• Has reasonable sub-contractor management experience

Desirable:

• Can produce and implement lean processes
• Is experienced with project management software

Eligibility

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Benefits

This role is paying between GBP50,000 and GBP60,000 annual salary.
