Responsibilities

  • Oversee project delivery and financial performance, identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise programs of work, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely progress monitoring.
  • Lead, coach, and support teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient outcomes.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including temporary works oversight.
  • Manage scope, design acceptance, risk management, and quality assurance processes in line with framework requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and excellent customer experience.
  • Handle change control, cost management, procurement, and contractual obligations to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Capture lessons learned, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and training requirements.

About You

Proven experience managing the full project life cycle, from initiation to delivery. Strong organizational skills to coordinate day-to-day on-site activities. Skilled in risk management with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Confident leader with experience managing both internal teams and supply chain partners. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities.
