About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope. This role involves planning, executing, and closing initiatives while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project or Jira.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Manage budgets, track costs, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication, resolve issues, and provide regular status reports to executives.
  • Ensure quality assurance, change management, and successful project closure with evaluations.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. 3+ years of project management experience across industries. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and MS Office. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with agile/hybrid methodologies or industry-specific tools (e.g., construction software). Proven track record of delivering complex projects under tight deadlines.
