Project Manager

About the Opportunity

WGM Engineering, part of RSK Group, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Off-Site Engineering team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is based in Newbridge and involves supporting off-site engineering projects in the UK water sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of Off-Site Engineering projects from concept to completion
• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, programme, resources, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder requirements
• Manage project performance against milestones, KPIs, and commercial targets
• Support business development and proposal activity
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and supply chain partners
• Promote high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience managing engineering or construction projects across the full project lifecycle, particularly in water, utilities, MEICA, fabrication, or off-site engineering environments. Strong planning, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills are required.

Eligibility

• Background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction, fabrication, MEICA, or off-site engineering
• Relevant construction, engineering, or project management qualification
• Valid UK driving licence
• Experience with NEC forms of contract, CSCS card, and Temporary Works Co-ordinator experience desirable
