About the Opportunity

Calling Project Managers! Are you a skilled communicator with a natural ability to influence, motivate, and lead others and ready for a new challenge? Then look no further!

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, hands-on Project Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis to deliver some key systems and business process change projects, and to develop our programme management capability for ongoing technology and business process transformation.

This role can be based in any of our offices across Scotland (Elgin, Peterhead, Aberdeen, Dundee, Airdrie, Glasgow, Dumbarton, Irvine, or Galashiels) or as part of our hybrid working model. However, there will be occasional travel across our branches (travel expenses would be reimbursed as set out in Cornerstone's expense policy with travel reimbursed by HMRC legislation).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR and Payroll System implementation project
  • Develop programme management approach to strategic change
  • Maintain cohesive project plans
  • Implement HR and Payroll software
  • Manage business processes and change implications
  • Communicate assertively and negotiate effectively
  • Motivate and lead teams to meet deadlines
  • Utilize change management practices
  • Plan, organize, analyze, and problem-solve effectively

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll be:

  • Experienced project manager
  • Skilled communicator
  • Motivator with leadership abilities
  • Knowledgeable about change management practices
  • Strong at planning, organization, analysis, and problem-solving

It would be a benefit if you also have:

  • Project management qualification
  • Knowledge and experience of the health and social care or third sector
