About the Opportunity
Nordomatic is seeking a Project Manager in the South of England for a fixed-term contract position. This role offers full-time hours, a competitive salary, company car, and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Project, Commissioning, and trainee engineers to deliver projects and commissioning according to task schedules
- Ensure project profitability
- Act as the first point of contact and manage the team effectively
- Coordinate Health & Safety and meet reporting requirements
- Lead the team to achieve both team and business objectives
- Manage site health & safety, produce and comply with RAMS
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and client presentations
- Handle financial management tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and variations
- Prepare management reports and conduct monthly meetings
- Ensure continuous team development
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager in the BMS industry with a technical background in either electrical or mechanical. Experience with D365 is a distinct advantage.
