About the Opportunity

EQUANS are recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in Crewe. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus, and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Design, Estimation, Value for money, Delivery and handover of Capital improvement projects.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment and working conditions for all direct report employees.
• Comply with all Company policies/procedures to ensure timely and effectively implementation.
• Ensure contractual commitments are met in accordance with contract SLA’s and other requirements detailed within the contract documentation.
• Ensure financial policies and processes are effectively communicated, implemented, and monitored.

About You

Qualifications Or Required Experience

• Proven and extensive experience within a similar role
• Operational and technical experience with demonstrated potential ideally from a building services M&E background with appreciation of building fabric trades.
• Ability to chair professional meetings
