About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) Property Services team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing capital and planned works projects from inception through to completion and handover
  • Coordinating contractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver projects safely and effectively
  • Managing project budgets, forecasting, change control, and financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, health and safety requirements, and corporate governance processes
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders, service leads, and building users throughout project delivery

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering construction, property, or planned maintenance projects, managing contractors and project stakeholders within a live operational environment. They should possess a good understanding of procurement, contract management, project governance processes, health and safety regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
