Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of a variety of project work opportunities from within MTS Scotland predominantly working on the Wheatley group contract.
• Consult with key clients and their stakeholders on project requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.
• Work with the client to clearly define their brief and develop and agree their Employers Requirements.
• Work with consultants, specialists, designers, and sub-contractors (as required) to define and document clear and concise scope(s) of work(s) under an Activity Schedule.
• Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project outcomes and business case.

About You

• Proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment.
• End to end project management experience being responsible for development through to completion.
• Understanding of commercial awareness.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand operational, risk and financial metrics.
