Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to delivery. As a Remote Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects align with business objectives and timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee IT and software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Define project goals, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent issues and roadblocks.Track and report project progress using Agile and Scrum methodologies.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.Facilitate regular meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment.Manage project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communication.Continuously assess project performance and implement process improvements.
Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.1+ years of experience in project management within the IT or software industry.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus.
