About the Opportunity

Join our team to support the design and rollout of our global transformation program, including the Target Operating Model & Digital Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and rollout of the global transformation program
  • Lead or assist in cross-functional projects
  • Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies
  • Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Develop and implement SOPs and best practices across global offices

About You

Committed to life-long learning/CPD – CII Certificate completed or underway. Deep expertise in business analysis within a commercial Reinsurance context. Experience in London Market insurance (and reinsurance ideally) broking workflows, claims lifecycle, and compliance. Familiarity with insurance platforms such as OpenTWINS or similar PAS, Whitespace/PPL, broking or underwriting workbenches, and CRMs.
