Location:
UK-wide – travel required to customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas(Home-based when not on site)

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership – Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cleanroom build projects from initial concept to final handover.
  • Client Engagement – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
  • Team Management – Coordinate and motivate multi-skilled installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring they deliver to TCA’s high standards.
  • Programme & Budget Control – Develop and maintain project schedules, control costs, and ensure delivery within agreed budgets.
  • Technical Oversight – Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Health & Safety – Champion site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations, risk assessments, and TCA’s safety culture.
  • Problem Solving – Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact programme or quality.
  • Quality Assurance – Ensure all works meet TCA’s exacting quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Handover & Aftercare – Oversee commissioning, validation, and final client handover, ensuring a seamless transition to ongoing service support.

About You

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management for construction, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or high-spec build projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication skills – confident with clients, engineers, and site personnel alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Technical competence in reading drawings and understanding construction methodologies.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
