【Responsibilities/ 担当業務】Plan project timeline and drive team progress accordinglyCoordinate internal/external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budgetCommunicate proactively; manage stakeholder expectations and enable informed decisions by continuously producing outputManage roles, scope, time, quality, risk, procurement, stakeholders and communication by applying appropriate project management techniquesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationNegotiate and obtain agreement on changes to scope, schedule and budget through the organization's change management processFacilitate meetings efficiently, and create and distribute meetings minutes as needed Bachelor Degree (BS) in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field5+ years of project management experienceExperience in working in cross-cultural development teamsExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence at all levels; adapt style and content to the needs of the audience.Knowledge on project management methodologiesExperience in both Agile and Waterfall projectsExperience with management tools, e.g. JIRA/Confluence
