Project Management Office Specialist

We're looking for a PMO Specialist for one of our clients, a private entity based in Sharjah Media City. Ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in business setup or Free Zone environments.
Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Project Incubation & ImplementationLead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projectsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesCoordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementationEnsure clear communication and delivery of project goals🔹 Management ReportingProvide regular progress updates and initiative plans to managementPrepare detailed reports and presentations for reviewDocument project outcomes and learnings🔹 Establishment of New FunctionsDrive the setup of new functions, services, and internal processesIdentify opportunities for innovation and operational improvementEnhance workflows and organizational efficiency🔹 Support & GovernanceEnsure transparency, traceability, and governance across functionsApply best practices in project management and reporting🔹 Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with internal departments and key stakeholdersAlign project execution with organizational goalsFacilitate communication between teams and leadership
Requirements: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field ✅ 2–4 years of relevant experience (Free Zone/business setup experience is a plus) ✅ Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination ✅ Proficient in MS Office and project management tools ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills ✅ Bilingual in English & Arabic preferred ✅ Salary: 8,000-9,000 AED/-
