About the Opportunity
The Project Management Executive / Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting project planning, coordination, reporting, and governance activities to ensure successful delivery of organizational projects and strategic initiatives. This role focuses on project tracking, stakeholder coordination, operational reporting, and process standardization while supporting efficient project execution and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating project activities, schedules, resources, and operational workflows across multiple initiatives
- Supporting project planning, timeline management, and milestone tracking activities
- Collaborating with project managers, business teams, IT, operations, and external stakeholders on project execution
- Monitoring project KPIs, budgets, risks, and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery
- Preparing project documentation, reports, dashboards, and status updates for management review
- Supporting PMO governance, project methodologies, and compliance with organizational standards
- Managing meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and project follow-up activities
- Assisting with risk assessments, issue tracking, and escalation management processes
- Supporting resource planning, vendor coordination, and procurement-related project activities
- Driving process improvement, reporting optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives within project management functions
- Maintaining project records, documentation repositories, and tracking systems
- Supporting change management, business transformation, and cross-functional implementation activities
About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business operations, or project management roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, PMO governance, and operational coordination practices
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and project tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities effectively
- Experience in technology, healthcare, finance, logistics, construction, or multinational corporate environments is an advantage
