Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across a diverse portfolio of community-shaping projects
• Have end-to-end accountability for major projects and client relationships
• Offer strategic direction, commercial oversight, and governance
• Mentor team members and contribute to regional capability growth

About You

Typically 12+ years' experience delivering complex property or construction projects. Proven success in Project Director or similar senior roles. Deep understanding of property development and construction delivery. Tertiary qualification in related discipline. Strong client-facing and team leadership skills.
