About the Opportunity

Join a Tier 1 Employee-Owned Contractor in Ontario, Canada, overseeing multi-billion-dollar healthcare infrastructure projects with full relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead major new build hospitals and institutional healthcare infrastructure projects
• Manage multi-billion-dollar programmes using P3, Alliance, and Design-Build delivery models
• Develop project strategies, drive budgeting and forecasting, oversee risk management, and ensure compliance
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and champion safety and operational excellence

About You

Requirements:

• 20+ years construction experience
• 10+ years in senior project leadership
• Experience in major healthcare or institutional delivery
• Proven delivery of projects exceeding $1B+
• Strong commercial and financial leadership capability

Preferred Background:

• Construction/Engineering qualification
• P.Eng/PMP or Equivalent Certification
• Public-Sector Procurement Knowledge
• Hospital & Healthcare Infrastructure Leadership Experience
