Responsibilities

The Opportunity
A Tier 1, employee-owned Canadian contractor is delivering some of the largest healthcare projects in the country — and they’re looking for a Project Director to lead from the front.

This is a high-impact, executive-level role where you will:

• Lead $1B+ hospital builds from concept to completion
• Sit at the table with government bodies, investors & JV partners
• Influence delivery strategies across P3, Alliance & Design-Build models
• Drive performance across engineering, commercial & delivery teams

This isn’t project management. This is project leadership at the highest level.

• Major hospital & healthcare infrastructure builds

• Full lifecycle delivery — planning → execution → commissioning
