Project Director – LNG Projects

About the Opportunity

Join KBR as a Project Director for LNG Projects, responsible for technical and commercial delivery within KBR’s LNG Project Portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assure safe project execution to client satisfaction, meeting cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.
• Deliver financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget, and schedule performance.
• Act as the main point of contact between client and company, building strong relationships.
• Build and sustain project delivery teams across multiple locations/time zones.
• Support in pursuing new work through client meetings, presentations, and proposal work.
• Manage project risk to avoid delays or reputational damage.
• Accountability for project financial performance.
• Identify resource requirements and coordinate with resource managers.
• Plan project execution, maintain the plan, and keep clients informed of project status.
• Train, develop, and mentor LNG Project professionals.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a track record in technical and commercial roles on LNG projects, experience in greenfield/grassroots and brownfield environments, and strong leadership skills.

Eligibility

Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering and possession of a Professional Engineering qualification and/or project management qualification (e.g., PMP or AMP).
