The Project Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale secure offices to monitor data centre in high security spaces. From there the role morph into hyperscale developments, data hall fit‑outs, and major services and infrastructure works. The role provides strategic oversight across planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exacting technical and operational standards. This position leads multiple concurrent projects, working closely with global clients, contractors, consultants, utilities, and authorities to achieve certainty of outcome in fast‑paced, high‑risk environments.
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (desirable). Strong understanding of mission‑critical systems, including power, cooling, redundancy, and commissioning processes. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large capital budgets and contracts. Ability to operate confidently in high‑pressure, high‑profile project environments. Tenured experience in project or construction management, with significant time in senior leadership roles. Proven track record delivering data centre projects, including data hall fit‑outs, colocation facilities, and major services infrastructure. Experience managing large, complex, fast‑track programs with multiple stakeholders and interfaces. Current Minimum Baseline Security Clearance with ability to obtain an NV1.
