Responsibilities

• Lead major bids and framework opportunities, setting winning strategies and overseeing end-to-end bid development
• Act as Project Director on key commissions, accountable for successful delivery across scope, cost, programme and quality
• Shape client relationships at senior level, supporting long-term growth with key clients such as National Highways and local authorities
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration and delivery excellence

About You

This is a highly visible position where you will:

• Define and lead win strategies, value propositions and partnering approaches for Intelligent Infrastructure commissions
• Direct bid teams, coordinating technical, commercial, and governance inputs
• Ensure compliance with WSP governance, including risk, commercial and quality reviews

Eligibility

Proven experience delivering £1m+ digital infrastructure projects or programmes in a Project Director or equivalent role
