Responsibilities

  • Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team
  • Identify, coach, and mentor talent

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the market
  • Lead the cost management team
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Improve cost management procedures
  • Assess commission management quality

About You

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years’ experience in cost management
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS qualified
  • UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector
  • Exemplary leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities
