Responsibilities
- Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team

- Lead the cost management team
- Identify new business opportunities
- Improve cost management procedures
- Assess commission management quality
About You
Qualifications:
- 12+ years’ experience in cost management
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS qualified
- UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector
- Exemplary leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities
