About the Opportunity

Responsible for project execution, outcome accountability, and customer satisfaction for associated customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects by managing project-related activities and resources. Impacts team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness goals. Role subject to operational policy objectives. Moderate autonomy within role. Requires a high level of operational judgment to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing large, complex multi-year or EPC projects for turnkey self-implementation (TKSI), turnkey with partner (TKP).
  • Directly or indirectly leading and/or managing project resources for TKSI or TKP projects.
  • Influencing strategy development for the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation.
  • Evaluating simple internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices for product, process, or service improvement.
  • Staying informed about industry trends that may inform work.
  • Using a high level of judgment to make decisions and solve complex tasks or issues in operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or design.
  • Assessing the quality of information provided and asking relevant questions to stakeholders.
  • Offering new solutions to problems beyond established parameters, making recommendations, and using multiple internal and some external sources to make decisions.
  • Leading functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or moderate complexity.
  • Communicating difficult concepts and influencing others' options on specific topics.
  • Guiding others to take a different viewpoint.

About You

This role requires extensive experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
