Project Director

About the Opportunity

BMS CAT is seeking a Project Director to join their team in POMPANO BEACH, FL. The Project Director will be responsible for estimating mitigation work related to fire, water, flood, and other property losses affecting residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects for residential and commercial losses
• Prepare accurate and competitive bids using industry software
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and property owners
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships
• Attend industry events and assist with marketing efforts
• Drive sales growth and profitability

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on estimating experience in residential and commercial
• Experience using Xactimate (highly preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with both residential and commercial property owners
• Experience with time and material estimating (preferred)
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
