About the Opportunity
Equans Data Centers is seeking to appoint an experienced site based Project Director, supporting the continued growth of our data center operations across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with agreed quality standards, commercial objectives, timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Contribute to bid development activities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Provide appropriate Health and Safety leadership.
- Provide leadership for the project delivery team.
- Ensure operational activities are carried out in compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as a company ambassador.
About You
Proven experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor. Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction. Strong leadership capabilities. Results driven with financial management expertise.
Eligibility
- MCIOB or similar chartership is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Thorough understanding of UK Health & Safety construction laws.
