Project Director

About the Opportunity

Equans Data Centers is seeking to appoint an experienced site based Project Director, supporting the continued growth of our data center operations across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with agreed quality standards, commercial objectives, timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Contribute to bid development activities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
• Provide appropriate Health and Safety leadership.
• Provide leadership for the project delivery team.
• Ensure operational activities are carried out in compliance with regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as a company ambassador.

About You

Proven experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor. Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction. Strong leadership capabilities. Results driven with financial management expertise.

Eligibility

• MCIOB or similar chartership is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Thorough understanding of UK Health & Safety construction laws.
