Job Title: Project Director

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Join us!! We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced professional to lead our project delivery function. Our team delivers a wide range of lump-sum EPC projects in electrical transmission and distribution projects within the utilities and renewable energy sectors across Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate visible safety, environmental, and sustainability leadership
• Ensure compliance with all customer safety management requirements, company systems, applicable laws, and regulations
• Manage PMO office in EPC business
• Lead project management professionals to deliver projects
• Monitor and lead project management teams
• Be primary point of contact for customers
• Take ownership of project profit and loss
• Support project managers in meeting project objectives
• Develop robust project execution plans
• Coach and mentor project management staff
• Drive continuous improvement of project management systems

About You

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
• Extensive experience in delivering lump-sum EPC projects
• Experience as project director and portfolio director
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management skills
