About the Opportunity

Project Implementation Director

Location: Pointe-Noire, Republic of Congo (on-site role)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a greenfield terminal project
• Mobilise cross-functional workstreams across business and asset teams
• Drive cost control, contractor oversight, and integrated scheduling
• Manage risks, scope changes, and stakeholder alignment
• Engage closely with the MD, Steering Committee, and JV shareholders
• Build and lead the on-site project team

About You

Your Background

• 7+ years’ experience delivering complex capital projects
• Strong preference for client-side and port infrastructure experience
• Confident operating at executive and shareholder level
• Fluent in French and English
• Relevant degree; PMP or similar certification advantageous

Eligibility

This role is advertised in France to attract international talent, but is permanently based in Pointe-Noire, Congo.
