Responsibilities

• Develop designated portfolio into a well-functioning and profitable business unit
• Manage programmes of work - financial planning, directing, and coordinating activities
• Ensure Agency, Client, Vendor, and Legal processes are being met
• Oversee/coordinate portfolio resources and day-to-day activities
• Constantly monitor and report on project progress
• Lead by example and push the work forward
• Partner with all Agency discipline leads
• Track financial progression and suggest adjustments
• Identify risks and solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Be client-facing to address budget, timing, resource, and process considerations

About You

• Robust understanding of social media
• Comfortability with production
• Exceptional project management and operations skills
