Project Director

Role Description The Project Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing audit-related education, advisory, and outsourcing projects from initiation to completion. This role coordinates project scope, timelines, and deliverables across self-learning content, private classes, seminars, and client advisory engagements. The Project Director collaborates with instructors, audit experts, and clients to ensure quality standards, effective resource allocation, and consistent communication. Day-to-day tasks include planning and monitoring project progress, managing stakeholder expectations, reviewing materials and outputs for alignment with Big4-level methodologies, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and offerings. The role also contributes to strategic development of new services and supports the integration of feedback from learners and clients.QualificationsStrong background in financial audit, preferably with experience in or exposure to Big4 methodologies and standards.Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination for multiple concurrent initiatives.Ability to oversee educational content and advisory work, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance in audit-related materials and services.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working remotely with instructors, clients, and internal contributors in English; Italian language skills are an advantage.Demonstrated capacity for independent work, decision-making, and problem-solving in a remote, part-time setting.Experience in professional training, consulting, or audit outsourcing projects is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or local equivalents) are a plus.
