Project Director

Project DirectorI am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Project Director, to lead on a £80 Million, new build project. A good understanding of the whole build process from groundworks, Frame, Façade and Fit Out, will be essential. You would oversee this as no1 on site, and take the project from demo, through to handover, while managing a team of Assistants and Senior Managers. This is a great opportunity to join an established business, with a strong pipeline of work and a great reputation of promoting from within.
