Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Liaise effectively between senior engineers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Organise and coordinate site visits, inspections, and field data collection activities
- Support the preparation of detailed technical drawings and design documentation
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Project Coordinator with the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Must be an Emirati national with a valid Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Health and Safety awareness in construction and engineering environments
- Knowledge of UAE regulations, standards, and local compliance requirements
