Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of physical store network projects
• Manage new builds, refurbishments, relocations, and closures
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standard
• Handle project briefs, contractor onboarding, shop fit coordination, invoice management
• Communicate with stakeholders across various functions
• Conduct site visits, manage defects, and ensure operational readiness

About You

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering retail or commercial fit-out projects
• Confidence managing contractors, trades, and suppliers
• Sharp organizational skills across multiple concurrent projects
• Clear, considered communication with site teams, stakeholders, and landlords
• Financial administration abilities including invoice approval and tracking costs
• WHS knowledge and understanding of building compliance requirements
• Solutions-first mindset

Who You Are:

You're the person on site who already knows the answer before the contractor asks the question. You've read the brief, walked the space, and flagged the risk before it became a problem. You have been there, juggling multiple projects in different locations, and build real relationships with various teams.
