Responsibilities

• Support project management team in delivering engineering projects and services across the business.
• Assist in planning and controlling project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, resourcing, and overall execution.
• Perform project administration including documentation updates and system compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Support financial tracking, invoicing, reporting, and overall project performance monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to internal systems, procedures, IMS requirements, and WHS safety standards.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, systems, and processes.
• Support engineers, technicians, project managers, and coordinators in day-to-day project activities.
• Manage and support customer and supplier relationships, including assisting with tenders, bids, and quotations.
• Contribute to achieving business objectives including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required, including compliance with company policies and directions.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

• Diploma of Project Management, PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role, preferably within Control Systems or Technology environments.
• Experience in tracking project financials, schedules, resource planning, and risk management.
• Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver positive client outcomes.
• Engineering experience is an advantage.
