Responsibilities

  • Support governance across the APAC project portfolio throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor projects health, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Maintain PMO compliance and Planview project records.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and track actions.
  • Coordinate Sales-to-Delivery handover and project initiation.
  • Track schedules, budgets, resources and delivery performance.
  • Coordinate project closeout, customer acceptance and transition to support.
  • Coordinate documentation, approvals, procurement, BOM, site surveys, UAT and project artefacts.

About You

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline. 5–8 years' experience in PMO, Project Operations, Project Controls or Delivery Operations. Experience in Smart Buildings, BAS, System Integration or Digital Solutions is advantageous.

Eligibility

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Power BI and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Planview, Microsoft Project, SAP, Oracle or Jira.
  • Good understanding of project financials and governance.
