About the Opportunity

Job Title: Project Co-ordinator – NPDI Busbar PL

Function/Department: Busbar Product Line (PL)

Reports to: Senior Manager Global Programme Management - NPDI

Location: RAK, UAE

Job Summary: The Project co-ordinator is responsible and accountable for the cross-functional management of new product development and sustaining projects. The Project co-ordinator coordinates the efforts of various departments to optimize time to Expedite NPDI projects and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional planning and project execution
• Monitor project tasks and ensure activities are finished on time
• Report project progress and identify key potential issues
• Prepare contingency plans and adhere to the NPDI process
• Assist project team members as required
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects

About You

Qualifications:

• Diploma with 3 years experience or Bachelors degree in Engineering with 2 years experience, or other technical degree
• Proven ability to communicate & negotiate with people in various levels
• Competence in problem-solving, report preparation, and update
• Experience in conducting meetings and developing cross-functional relationships
• Results-oriented with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Project, & Smartsheet
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
