Project Coordinator (Intern)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator Intern to join the Events & Exhibitions department. The Project Coordinator Intern will work closely with the Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. An ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage confirmation orders for exhibitors based on their inquiries and orders via forms
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to gather accurate cost estimates
  • Coordinate with project manager on exhibition project timelines from planning to execution
  • Ensure that orders placed by exhibitors have been delivered to the booths
  • Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors during set up and event days to resolve any issues promptly
  • Work closely with various vendors (e.g., contractors, printers, AV suppliers, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Handle backend administrative tasks such as preparing, submitting and tracking invoices
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of project-related records for reporting and audit purposes
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Onsite support

About You

Good to have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
