About the Opportunity

Job Title: Project Coordinator (HVAC – VRF / DX / FAHU Installation)

Location: Ajman, UAE

Salary: 6000 AED - 7000 AED

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily installation activities for VRF/DX IDUs, ODUs and FAHUs.
• Coordinate various installation tasks such as refrigerant piping, insulation, supports, cable trays, and control cabling.
• Prepare and track daily/weekly work plans, manpower deployment, and project progress.
• Coordinate availability of necessary resources before team deployment.
• Maintain installation status records and address any delays or constraints.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve interface issues.
• Follow up on inspections, approvals, and closure of comments.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.
• Assist with testing and commissioning activities.
• Maintain records of site instructions, variations, and completed quantities.
• Attend coordination meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and HSE procedures.

About You

Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 3–5 years of HVAC/MEP project coordination experience, preferably involving VRF/DX systems. Strong Excel, reporting, drawing-reading, and site coordination skills are required. Experience on data centre or fast-track MEP projects will be an advantage.
