About the Opportunity

Arcfyre delivers protective service operations in environments where planning, judgement, and execution must align without error. We are seeking Project Coordinators who are organised, composed under pressure, and comfortable taking responsibility for keeping complex operations moving. Arcfyre operates in 60+ countries across five continents, delivering protective services and journey management for organisations and individuals who require reliability, discretion, and professional execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate protective service projects from initial planning through execution and completion
• Liaise directly with clients, operational teams, and vendor partners
• Prepare quotes, costings, and operational scopes aligned with client needs and risk profiles
• Maintain clear communication between operational teams, the Global Security Operations Centre, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues when circumstances change
• Compile documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Manage financial close-out files to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Maintain trusted client relationships while protecting operational integrity

About You

Successful people in this role typically have experience in project coordination, ideally within protective services, security, risk, logistics, or similarly demanding industries. They possess exceptional organisation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, comfort working outside standard hours, strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills, commercial awareness, attention to financial detail, initiative, practical problem-solving ability, emotional resilience, composure under pressure, and professional discretion.
