About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support project documentation standardization and maintain training materials across initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility of project-related content, while also supporting cross-functional teams with well-organized training resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, standardizing, and maintaining project documentation templates and guidelines.
- Ensure all project documents are up-to-date, version-controlled, and stored in designated repositories.
- Collaborate with project teams to collect, review, and format documentation for consistency and clarity.
- Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and user guides based on project changes and feedback.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with current processes and tools.
- Support the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, including materials preparation and distribution.
- Track documentation and training-related tasks and timelines to support overall project delivery.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, meeting notes, and presentation materials.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather input and ensure alignment on documentation and training needs.
Qualifications
