Project Coordinator – Execution Systems Contract, Min 6 mths – Global Biotech

About the Opportunity

This is a critical role delivering compliant, fit-for-purpose manufacturing facilities and processes as part of a key capital project.

Role Details

• Role: Project Coordinator - Execution Systems
• Location: Broadmeadows
• Rate: $60 per hour + superannuation (includes leave loading, no further paid leave)
• Duration: 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend to minimum 12 months
• Start: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full second phase of the project lifecycle — construction, commissioning, qualification and handover to operations
• Manage the Execution Systems budget including accruals, invoice payments and forecasting
• Coordinate and prioritise the workload and deliverables of Automation Engineers and multiple vendors
• Maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, schedule tracking and weekly dashboard reporting
• Prepare and execute project management documentation including progress reports and design reviews
• Contribute to value engineering initiatives and cross-functional engineering collaboration
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice, Code of Responsible Business Practice and applicable regulatory frameworks

About You

Demonstrated experience in project coordination within a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of automation or process engineering disciplines. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships concurrently. Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements and capital project governance frameworks.
