This is a critical role delivering compliant, fit-for-purpose manufacturing facilities and processes as part of a key capital project.
Role Details
- Role: Project Coordinator - Execution Systems
- Location: Broadmeadows
- Rate: $60 per hour + superannuation (includes leave loading, no further paid leave)
- Duration: 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend to minimum 12 months
- Start: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full second phase of the project lifecycle — construction, commissioning, qualification and handover to operations
- Manage the Execution Systems budget including accruals, invoice payments and forecasting
- Coordinate and prioritise the workload and deliverables of Automation Engineers and multiple vendors
- Maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, schedule tracking and weekly dashboard reporting
- Prepare and execute project management documentation including progress reports and design reviews
- Contribute to value engineering initiatives and cross-functional engineering collaboration
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice, Code of Responsible Business Practice and applicable regulatory frameworks
About You
Demonstrated experience in project coordination within a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of automation or process engineering disciplines. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships concurrently. Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements and capital project governance frameworks.
