The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, site teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. *Key Responsibilities* Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth communication between site, office, clients, and subcontractors Assist Project Manager in *planning, scheduling, and monitoring* project progress Prepare and maintain project documents: RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, progress reports, and correspondences Track material deliveries, approvals, and site resources to avoid delays Coordinate with procurement, design, and technical teams for timely execution Support in *budget tracking, cost control, and variation orders* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements Follow up with consultants and clients for approvals and site inspections Prepare presentations and reports for internal management and client meetings *Required Skills & Qualifications* *2-3 years* experience in Interior Fit Out / Construction / Technical Services projects in UAE preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Strong knowledge of *project coordination, documentation, and site operations* Proficiency in *MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD* is an advantage Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines Must be based in *Dubai* and available for *immediate joining* *Preferred* Prior experience with fit-out contractors or technical services companies Knowledge of DEWA, Municipality, and Civil Defense approval process Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
