Job Summary

NAGA is seeking a proactive and highly organized Projects Coordinator – Design Consultancy to support the successful coordination and delivery of multidisciplinary design projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Manager, Studio Heads, and design teams to manage project tracking, reporting, authority submissions, proposal coordination, subconsultant coordination, and payment tracking throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience within an architectural or engineering consultancy and possess excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, submission logs, authority trackers, RFI logs, action lists, variation logs, payment trackers, and weekly project reports.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams, clients, PMCs, Architects of Record (AORs), subconsultants, and internal support departments.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action lists, and follow-up logs.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. 2–3 years of experience within an architectural or engineering consultancy. Experience supporting multidisciplinary design consultancy projects. Basic understanding of design stages, authority submission processes, and project coordination. GCC experience is a plus.
