Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Coordinator / Control Panel Design / Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves coordinating MEP and industrial automation projects, tracking timelines, supporting cost and project control activities, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities include assisting in control panel design documentation, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and aligning project specifications with client requirements. The role also includes supporting sales and marketing activities such as lead follow-up, creating presentations, drafting proposals, and contributing to digital and offline marketing initiatives. The individual will be expected to provide regular project status updates, ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to deliver successful outcomes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong project coordination and project control skills, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities. Candidates should possess cost control and analytical skills to track budgets, analyze variances, and support data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for client interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and professional documentation. Relevant experience or knowledge in electrical systems, control panels, or industrial automation is beneficial. Proficiency in productivity tools (such as MS Office, spreadsheets, and presentation software) and basic CRM or project management tools is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail. A diploma or degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
