The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling construction projects to ensure timely completion, budget compliance, quality standards, and adherence to safety requirements. The role acts as a communication link between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Asana, Monday.com. Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction drawings. Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and reporting.
